COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
"USPS ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19."
Due to COVID-19, we have been experiencing an influx of delivery delays and package tracking errors from USPS. Please know that we are still shipping all of your items on schedule, however, due to these unique circumstances you may experience delays in delivery times or discrepancies with tracking information as the USPS is overwhelmed and understaffed at this time.
We kindly request that our customers prepare to allow additional time for these orders to arrive, as we have already experienced delays on certain domestic deliveries as long as 20 days from our original USPS drop off dates. In many cases, the tracking information has not been updating until the delivery date as well.
If you are hoping to receive your order before a soon approaching deadline, It is highly recommended that you consider upgrading your postage to USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express.
Please keep our processing times in mind! ALL orders will need to be placed 2-5 FULL business days (Monday-Friday) before your desired ship-by-date in order to ship on schedule!
All orders with free shipping will ship USPS First Class, If you would like to upgrade your shipping or processing time please send us a message at CustomerCare@AlchemyAbstract.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will send you an upgrade invoice.
Additionally if you are placing an order due to ship outside of the U.S. please refer to the USPS website to stay up-to-date on the most current international service disruption updates as many international destination deliveries have been temporarily suspended until further notice.
