Wholesale orders can take anywhere from 3-21 days to complete depending on the volume and stone selection you require. *If you need rush processing please send us a note.

We do NOT permit any branding changes or removal of our branding when re-selling our products.
RESALE/SALES TAX EXEMPTION: Please provide us with a copy of your active resale certificate with your request to receive tax exemption on your order.
RETURNS: All sales are final. Please order samples if you are unsure about the products you would like. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations on wholesale orders are only accepted within the first 24 Hours of accepting payment for your order. Cancellations requested after this 24 hour period will result in a 25% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your payment prior to processing your refund.
Once your order has shipped no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
